Which forms of payment do you accept?
Both cash and cards are accepted.
What is a deposit and why do I have to pay one?
Tattoo deposits are a way of financially committing to your appointment. The deposit goes toward the cost of your tattoo. A deposit is a common practice to help protect the artist’s work, time, and effort as we are reserving a portion of our day for you. Deposits help ensure that our clients show up for their appointments.
How do I pay my deposit and is it refundable if I have to cancel my appointment?
Deposits can be made over the phone with a credit card or in person with cash/card. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE . If you call at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be able to move your appointment to a different day and your deposit will still apply.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you call at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be able to move your appointment to a different day and your deposit will still apply. Rescheduling must be done on the phone for your deposit to be held in good standing. If you no-show your appointment or cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit is forfeited.
