By law, we cannot perform permanent makeup services on anyone under the age of 18 years old in the state of Wisconsin.

PERMANENT COSMETICS CANNOT BE PERFORMED IF YOU

Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Are taking immunosuppression medication
Havy any active infection
Are taking blood thinning medication or substances
Are frequently using tanning beds or tanning in the sun
Are diabetic
Are currently taking painkillers, street narcotics, or have drinking problems
Are taking krill oil/fish oil
Have an undiagnosed/untreated heart issue
Have taken antibiotics in the past 30 days
Are prone to keloid scarring
Have had peels/laser/microneedling/tinting/any chemical treatments within the past 4 weeks
Have taken accutane in the past year
Have had laser resurfacing in the past year
Have had botox injections on or near the procedure area within the past 2 weeks
Are at high risk of infection/must take antibiotics during dental work
Have a trichotillomania diagnosis

Review the following PRE-APPOINTMENT instructions:

No caffeine or alcohol within 24 hours of your appointment
No blood thinners (ibuprofen/advil) or stimulants (adderal/vyvanse) within 24 hours of your appointment
No vitamin E or apple cider vinegar within 7 days of your appointment
No working out the day of your appointment
No intense sun exposure for 1 week prior to your appointment
No retinol use for 2 weeks prior and at least 2 weeks after your appointment
No waxing or plucking your brows within 2 weeks of your appointment
No brow lamination within 4 weeks of your appointment
No steroid use within 6 weeks of your appointment
Please inform your artist of any known allergies to lidocaine prior to your appointment
